Hey Karen, pretty close, I can see why you'd think that! It is water on a car with a street light, but it's from the inside of my car through the window. The background that looks like it'd be a car is actually a blurry, snowy building. And the sky. It was rush hour and I was waiting for traffic to move.
Is it water on a black car out side with a street light reflecting off the water?
